Privacy policy
Last updated: May 10, 2026
This policy describes how information is handled in connection with the mobile game Hexoku, published by Appspid (“we”, “us”). By using the app you agree to this policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Data controller
Appspid (individual developer). General contact: hola@hexoku.com. Privacy or support questions: soporte@hexoku.com.
Data that may be generated
- Device and app technical data: may include device type, language, OS version, and crash/diagnostic data—depending on how the Unity project and any third-party SDKs are configured (for example ads or analytics).
- Advertising identifiers if you integrate ad networks that use them, subject to platform consent flows (ATT on iOS, consent messaging on Android).
- Local progress: saves and preferences stored on the device, unless you later enable cloud sync (we would update this policy if that changes).
Purposes
- Run the game and store your progress.
- Show ads or measure usage if those tools are enabled in your published build.
- Comply with the law and respond to valid requests.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Where it applies: performance of the service; legitimate interests to improve and secure the app; consent where required by law (e.g. non-essential cookies or tracking on the web); legal obligation.
Retention
On-device data remains until you delete the app or local data. Third-party processing follows their policies and your settings.
Your rights
If you are in the EEA or another region with similar rights, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable. Email soporte@hexoku.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Children
Hexoku is aimed at a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without parental consent where the law requires it.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means (for example the store listing or an in-app notice).
